  2. Consent Requests

    Designated C/TPAs may access the Clearinghouse on behalf of employers to request driver consent and query the Clearinghouse for the driver’s record.

  3. Conducting Queries

    C/TPAs may conduct queries on behalf of an employer or student driver if they have been designated to do so.

    Employers must purchase a query plan to meet their query requirements. C/TPAs cannot purchase query plans on behalf of employers, but can share these materials with employers.

  4. Violations and the RTD Process

    Designated C/TPAs may access the Clearinghouse on behalf of employers to report drug and alcohol program violations of CDL drivers and return-to-duty (RTD) information of CDL drivers.
