Statuses of Drivers with Violations
The tables below provide a snapshot of the number of drivers in the return-to-duty process due incurring a Clearinghouse violation or violations as of Feb 1, 2026.
Nearly 80% of drivers in a “prohibited” status have not begun the return-to-duty process.
