The number of CDL/CLP holders whose information has been queried by employers (or their designated C/TPA) since January 6, 2020.
Since January 6, 2020, 6,132,792 unique driver records have been queried.

Drug Violations Reported to Clearinghouse
Since January 6, 2020, there were 347,462 test results reported to the Clearinghouse with drug-related violations. The graph breaks out the results by violation type, for controlled substance (drug) tests.

Alcohol Violations Reported to Clearinghouse
Since January 6, 2020, there were 8,498 test results reported to the Clearinghouse with alcohol-related violations. The graph breaks out the results by violation type, for alcohol tests.
