  • UPDATED: Clearinghouse Outreach PPT (revised 09/22/23): This PowerPoint presentation was created to assist enforcement personnel in educating the industry about the Clearinghouse. This was updated in September 2023 to include new information on the second Clearinghouse final rule.

  • NEW: Driver Return-to-Duty Visor Card: SDLAs can share this with drivers who lose their commercial driving privileges due to a "prohibited" Clearinghouse status. The insert summarizes the steps a driver must take to complete the return-to-duty (RTD) process.

Accessing the Clearinghouse as Enforcement Personnel

Enforcement personnel can access the Clearinghouse directly using their Portal credentials. You must have the correct Portal user role assigned. See the job aid below for instructions on how to request this user role.
