Verified CDL information is required to receive and respond to query consent requests

You are receiving this email because you have registered in the Clearinghouse as a driver, but have not verified your commercial driver’s license (CDL) information. Without verified CDL information, you will not receive query consent requests from current or potential employers, or have access to your query or violation history.

At this time, you will need to log in to the Clearinghouse. From your Driver Dashboard, follow the instructions in the "Next Steps" box to add your CDL information.

What if I run into issues verifying my CDL information?

First, be sure you have entered your CDL information correctly. If your CDL number has special characters (such as spaces or dashes), try entering the CDL number with or without these characters, as requirements vary by State. If your CDL number begins with a zero, or multiple zeroes, be sure to enter these.

If you have confirmed that the CDL information you are entering is correct and it still will not verify, contact us.
